These are examples of Fella's work that I have edited and recreated myself on Photoshop.
-Firstly, I made a grid on Photoshop, using the ruler in the 'view' option on the tool bar. I divided 22 into 3x6 and 4, 1 cm gaps for the boarder
-Then I selected images off the internet, copied and pasted them into Photoshop and sized them up to the grid squares I created -After placing the image in the correct angle, to mirror Ed Fella's composition, I changed the colour scheme of each one slightly, to create cohesion through the images. -I then repeated these steps until I had nine squares of cohesive photographs that had similarities to Ed Fella's work. -I did this on two pieces before editing my own because the layout and editing was fairly new to me and I found it was helpful to practice this for my own photography |
Edits with own photographs
These pieces were created by myself following the procedure above and taking my photographs, selectively cropping them and colour co-ordinating them accordingly. Many of my earlier pieces have come from around the house and at school since I did not have the chance to travel because of my own responsibilities and busy home life, however, having this limitation made finding the images more challenging and forced me to look in detail at my surroundings.
